Ingredients:

* 1 pound mild sausage

* 1 pound hot sausage

* 1 stick butter

* 1/2 cup flour

* 2 quarts milk

* Salt

* Pepper

Directions

1. Brown Mild & Hot sausage in pan

2. Add 1 stick butter

3. Sprinkle flour over the sausage mixture and stir

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes

5. Add 2 quarts of milk and stir until the sauce thickens

6. If too thick, add milk a little at a time until the sauce is at the consistancy that you want

7. Salt and pepper to taste 

Serve over warm biscuits, grits, or eat it as a side dish.
