Thank you to everyone who participated in the Congregational survey conducted by your Elders (and thanks to the Elders too). The Worship Committee met and has decided, based on your votes and on CDC guidelines, to open the church for one Sunday service in June, two in July, and three in August. We will make a final decision about September after we see how these summer services go and as CDC, state, and county guidelines are revised. All services will be conducted with masks on, temperatures taken at the door, social distancing encouraged, and other safety provisions in place. Zoom coverage of the worship service will be available for those preferring to stay at home.
We will hold in-person worship services in the sanctuary on the following Sundays this summer:
Pre-packaged communion (that is not gluten-free) will be provided. If you need gluten-free food, please provide your own communion.
We ask parents to bring activities for your children in the pews. Families will sit together, socially distanced from other families. The Nursery will not be open.
Finally, we ask that if you are not feeling well that you stay home. Anyone with a fever of 100.4 degrees (F) or higher will be asked to return home. This includes families with a single child with a fever.
